MODWAL was referred to SANTHO LAWNS by one of our prestigious client Arun EXCELLO. Since, we have installed our partition for project @ Confluence, ECR. Which was now known as Four Points by Sheraton.

Santho Lawns is set on 61,000 sq.ft and located at the Puducherry to Tindivanam Road NH66. The lush green lawn is surrounded by open-air pergolas and a canopy of Pongomias and Tebebuias which are sure to make your events look like a dream. The banquet at Santho Lawns covering an area of 5,000 sq.ft needs to be partitioned to accommodate flexibility in functions and events.

MODWAL recommended 80mm thick, 45dB panels for the project the clear opening given by the client was 3750mm height and 9095 mm width. The structural support for suspending the track was taken in a form of the structural layout and track was suspended in line with the False Ceiling Height.

The Client insisted for the budget conscious partition and side stacking parking arrangement  when the partition was not in use. MODWAL provided the necessary input for the finishes and client nominated laminate as panel finish. The panels where manufactured at our factory in a record  of 7 working days and was delivered to site.

The installation of panels was also executed on time and client was satisfied with the working of the partition. The thorough demos showing the procedure of building , stacking and operating the panel was shown to client.
