Esthel resort Thirukazhukundram is one of the renowned beach resorts along the ECR stretch about 45kms from Chennai. Esthel Resort has been our existing client since we have installed for them at the resort for Diamond Hall. We have approached by the client for the requirement of Movable Partition in the proposed new Emerald Hall.

The contractor for the project Shiva Constructions, T.Nagar Chennai where in close co-ordination for the civil and structural requirement if the Movable Partition such as fixing of ISMB 250 Beam required for suspending the track. MODWAL proposed Guide Track & Roller System for the project and remote stacking layout inside the enclosure as provided by the customer. The proposed panel height was 5.5 Meters to achieve the desired acoustics Foam Back Fabric was used as a panel finish.

The fixing of track & panel was done as per the site conditions and the project was handed over at time.
