ESTHEL THE VILLAGE RESORT, THIRUKAZHUKUNDRAM
The contractor for the project Shiva Constructions, T.Nagar Chennai where in close co-ordination for the civil and structural requirement if the Movable Partition such as fixing of ISMB 250 Beam required for suspending the track. MODWAL proposed Guide Track & Roller System for the project and remote stacking layout inside the enclosure as provided by the customer. The proposed panel height was 5.5 Meters to achieve the desired acoustics Foam Back Fabric was used as a panel finish.
The fixing of track & panel was done as per the site conditions and the project was handed over at time.

SUGANYA CONVENTION CENTRE - PONDICHERRY
MODWAL utilized Heavy Duty Guideless Track & Trolley system along with curved junctions for the project. The height of the Movable Partition suggested was 7.5 meters high. The main partition has a span of 35 meters interconnected by smaller partitions of span 23 meters.
The client wanted three sets of Double Inset Pass Door on the main partition for effective movement of people and food trolleys. One set of Single Inset Pass Door was also proposed for smaller walls so that all the walls are interconnected and can be accessed when three partitions are built. All the panels where stacked in a Parallel Stacking layout in a degree position.
The installation of track & panel gave a lot of challenges to our installation team regarding fixing of track and hoisting of panels. However MODWAL completed the installation on time and was successfully handed over to client

VYSNAVI CONSTRUCTION - LARSEN & TOUBRO INFOTECH LIMITED, COIMBATORE
Coimbatore. L & T designed a training room for their IT division where a 15,000 Sq.Ft big hall was proposed to be divided into five training rooms for conducting individual training at designated hours.
The Architect for the project Suket Associates, Bangalore recommended MODWAL Movable Partition for dividing the hall into five equal parts the contractor Vysnavi Construction, Coimbatore placed the order for five numbers supply and installation of MODWAL Movable Partition for the above project.
The track was suspended on to the concrete slab by means of MS T type structure & necessary sound baffling (filling of glass wool 2 x 12.5mm thick gypsum board for the area above the track) was done to arrest the sound leakage.
MODWAL utilized Guide Track with Two Wheel Roller and Center Stacking arrangement for the Movable Partition. The proposed finish was laminate on both sides & the height of the partition is 2.6 meters. The total partition consisting of 44 panels and 60 meters of track was manufactured in a record time of 14 days from the date of order.
The project was installed and handed over on time and L & T Infotech Limited is planning to use MODWAL for next project in Hyderabad.

PS ASSOCIATES -VISTEON TECHNICAL AND SERVICES CENTRE PVT LTD, CHENNAI
The client wanted Movable Partition with high acoustics which can bring down the ambient sound level of 80dB to 40dB during the testing period.
The track is suspended on the concrete slab with a small Y type fabrication required for levelling the track in line with the false ceiling. MODWAL utilised medium duty guide track with two wheel rollers and adopted remote parking layout for storage of panels. In order to control the sound transmission loss a foam back fabric was wrapped on to the panels and served as panel finish. The track and panel was installed on time and on site testing was conducted by MODWAL which resulted in effective sound control of 35dB to 40dB at site.

Esthel resort Thirukazhukundram is one of the renowned beach resorts along the ECR stretch about 45kms from Chennai. Esthel Resort has been our existing client since we have installed for them at the resort for Diamond Hall. We have approached by the client for the requirement of Movable Partition in the proposed new Emerald Hall.
