MODWAL completed another prestigious project at Chennai through Your Vision for arbitration hall Project @ Pass Associates, Raheja Towers.

The client wanted to divide the hall into three parts with Hall 2 & 3 interconnected by an inset pass door.

The layout offered flexibility where Wall 1 can be built along with Wall 2 to divide the hall into two when required and Wall 3 can be built to subdivide wall 2 space into two. The result is four spaces can be independently operated by means of Movable Partition.

The system used is 100mm thick, 50dB sound rating with the combination of centre & side stacking layout. The client requested specialised Tech 4 Colour Anodized Profiles & Trims along with Foam fabric as panel finish to provide an aesthetically pleasing look to the partition wall.

All the necessary structural work and Sound baffling for the area above the track where performed to ensure acoustics are maintained.
