Global Interiors & Constructions is one of the pioneering interior fit out and Construction Company approached MODWAL to design, supply and install Semi-Automatic Operable Wall for one of their prestigious client.

The client wanted excellent acoustics, Center Parking arrangement with electronic locking of the panels. The panels supplied by MODWAL were Foam Back Fabric Finish with Black Powder Coated trims.

The operation of the movable wall is as follows, the power is fed to the wall jamb from the 230v AC supply through a controller which converts the AC supply to 24v DC supply. When the panels are assembled sequentially the circuit is closed and the micro-processor based controller activates the top & bottom actuator seals at a uniform pressure.

The result is total sound proof movable wall system without the task of manually cranking each panel to lock.        Semi-Automatic Movable Walls are in thing today highly demanded in high end office fit outs & banquets.
